Five payment methods
IT smart supports five different payment methods, so all customers are accomodated and their needs are covered. All five payment methods are safe and secure.
You can tranfer money on-line with PayPal, use a credit or debit card (via PayPal), pay with cash on delivery with Hellenic Post or ACS (only for Greece), wire the money to a bank account and transfer money with Western Union. The two first methods (PayPal and credit/debit cards) are carried out on-line. If you want to send money offline, with one of the other payment methods, you should do so in a reasonable amount of days, or the order will be cancelled.
PayPal
Sending money with PayPal is the easiest and most safe on-line method. PayPal guarantees the transaction's safety with their SSL connections. If you want to sign up to PayPal, you will need an e-mail address and a credit or debit card.
Credit or debit card
Payments with a credit or debit card are carried out by PayPal, so the transactions are totally safe. You don't need to have a PayPal account. All major cards are supported.
Cash on delivery
If the order is delivered by the Hellenic Post or ACS, you can pay cash when you receive it. This method is acceptable for orders within Greece. Hellenic Post also accepts cash on delivery for Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Moldova, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
Money transfer in a bank account
In order to accomodate more customers, we have accounts in many Greek banks. During checkout you can see all the necessary information, according to the selected bank. You can use the bank's web banking service right after the checkout, or go to a bank branch another time. The order is processed when the payment is delivered.
